🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information
🆓 Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders delivered within the continental United States (contiguous U.S.).
• Free shipping does not apply outside the contiguous United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
• Free shipping coverage includes curbside delivery only and does not include inside delivery, or white-glove service.
If you’re ordering to Hawaii or Alaska, contact us directly — we’ll be happy to explore custom shipping arrangements for you.
🕐 Order Processing & Cut-Offs
📦 Small Parcel Orders
• Orders received Monday–Thursday will typically ship within 24 hours.
• Orders received Friday–Sunday will ship on the next business day.
🚛 Freight / LTL Orders
• Orders requiring freight shipping placed Monday–Thursday will be scheduled for shipment on the next business day, pending confirmation of delivery details. Our team will contact you to confirm shipping arrangements before the order is released to the carrier.
• Freight orders placed Friday–Sunday will be reviewed and scheduled on the next business day after shipping details have been confirmed with you.

⏱ Estimated Transit Times
• Small Parcel (Ground): Most contiguous U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days.
• Freight / LTL Shipments: Delivery typically occurs within 6–12 business days in the contiguous U.S.
• International Orders: Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery.
Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other conditions outside our control.
📫 Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Estimated delivery window on the carrier's website.
• Carrier details
Small parcel orders are typically shipped via national carriers, such Fedex, UPS or USPS. Freight / LTL orders are shipped via scheduled freight carriers with curbside delivery.
No signature is usually required at delivery, but carriers may request one if required.
📌 Shipping Address Requirements & Address Changes
• We require a valid street address for delivery — we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or incomplete addresses.
• Please double-check your address before submitting your order; once placed, changes may not be possible.
Address Change Policy
Address change requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate updates, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update the delivery information and arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Product Availability
Orders are accepted with the understanding that items are in stock at the time of purchase. In rare cases of limited availability, we may need additional time to fulfill your complete order, but we’ll always communicate any delays promptly.
