RETURNS & REFUNDS
Nature’s Generator offers a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order for products purchased directly from the Nature’s Generator website.
If you purchased through an authorized retailer or reseller, please contact them directly for their return, refund, or replacement process. Nature’s Generator is unable to process returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from us.
How to Start a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our Customer Support Team:

Please include:
• Order number
• Product details
• Reason for return or replacement
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Returns without an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted by our warehouse.
Do not write the RMA number directly on the box.
Returns for Refunds
• Products must be returned in original packaging and condition, including all parts, accessories, and manuals.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply if the product is returned not in its original condition.
• A 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
Shipping Costs
Nature’s Generator will cover return shipping if the return is due to:
• Defective product
• Shipping delay
• Damaged package
For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Purchases Through Resellers or Authorized Partners
For products purchased through resellers or authorized partners, all return, refund, or replacement requests must be directed to the original point of sale. Nature’s Generator cannot process returns or issue refunds for these purchases.
Outside the 30-Day Return Window
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Pre-Orders
• Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded prior to fulfillment.
• A one-time 3% online merchant processing fee is non-refundable for pre-order cancellations.
• If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be fulfilled once all items become available.
Shipping Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a replacement:
