Question asked: I have the elite with one additionad. I have not used it and we have had it for about five years. neither battery will take the AC charge. Do I need to replace the batteries or can a deep cycle battery charger to give a them a charge and then return them to ac or solar charging? I think I will put them on a schedule for charging. I have another unit that works fine. I keep it charged for use in shed. the other units were setting on the concrete garage floor. could this be a cause?

Our system has been designed around SLA batteries and does not have the correct battery management system for Lithium.
