Hi Hector, Thank you for your query. No, the home kit is not water-proof, you might need to purchase a water-resistant cover if the location of your home kit is exposed to the elements. If you have any follow-up questions, you may reach our support directly via (800) 203-7516, chat, and or email us at support@naturesgenerator.com We'll be more than happy to assist you!
Is the Natures Generator home kit just for the solar panels or can it be used for the wind turbine?
Hi William, Thank you for your interest in our products. As of the moment, this home kit model is only compatible with solar panels. If you have any follow-up queries, kindly send us an email to support@naturesgenerator.com
Do I need this If I'm getting the transfer elite kit?
Hi, Thank you for your query. This primarily is an accessory for the solar panel. This is not needed for a power transfer kit set-up. If you have further queries, you may also reach us via support@naturesgenerator.com
I have the Power Transfer kit installed to my Landline Electrical panel/breaker box. Can I also install my Gas generator power Kit to the main panel/breaker box? I
Hi James, thank you for your query. If there's still an available slot for your other generator, then it's possible. However, it would be best if you'll ask your electrician regarding this directly for safety reasons. If you have other questions, you can reach us directly to support@naturesgenerator.com
I like this idea, but I will put my two solar panels in the back yard and my Natures Generator is in the front of the house in the den. Does this mean I will have to run the wiring through the walls and ceiling to get to the generator?
Hello Larry,
Thanks for your inquiry.
I appreciate your time reaching us. Yes, you are absolutely correct. Wirings need to run through walls and ceiling to get the generator. We do offer 50ft. extension cables that you can use to reach your generator to your solar panels.
Please let me know if you have any other concerns and I'll be more than happy to assist you.
