We offer FREE shipping on orders delivered within the continental United States (contiguous U.S.).
• Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
• For Hawaii or Alaska orders, please contact us for available shipping options.
🕐 Order Processing & Cut-Offs
📦 Small Parcel Orders
• Orders received Monday–Thursday typically ship within 24 hours.
• Orders received Friday–Sunday typically ship on the next business day.
🚛 Freight / LTL Orders
Large or heavy products may be shipped by freight (LTL) on a pallet.
• Freight orders placed Monday–Thursday typically ship the next business day after delivery details are confirmed.
• Freight orders placed Friday–Sunday typically ship the following business day after delivery details are confirmed.
• Before shipment, our team will contact you to confirm the shipping address and delivery details. The freight carrier may contact you separately to schedule delivery.
Important Freight Delivery Notice
Freight shipments include curbside delivery only, subject to safe truck access.
The freight carrier will deliver the shipment to the nearest safe and accessible delivery point. Inside, garage, driveway, or white-glove delivery is not included.
The customer is responsible for moving the product from the carrier's delivery point to its final location. Please arrange appropriate help or equipment before delivery.
Freight trucks may be unable to access certain locations due to narrow roads, steep grades, unpaved roads, low clearances, gates, limited turning space, or other conditions. The freight carrier determines whether a delivery location can be safely accessed.
If a freight shipment is refused or returned because the customer cannot accept curbside delivery, requests a delivery service that is not included, or the location does not provide safe and reasonable freight-truck access, original shipping, return freight, and other applicable carrier charges may be deducted from the refund.
⏱ Estimated Transit Times
• Small Parcel (Ground): Most contiguous U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–8 business days.
• Freight / LTL: Delivery typically occurs within 6–12 business days in the contiguous U.S.
• International Orders: Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, weather, carrier schedules, seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.
📫 Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking and carrier information.
Small parcel orders are typically shipped by carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Freight orders are shipped through LTL freight carriers.
Some freight deliveries may require an appointment or signature. Please provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order.
📌 Shipping Address Requirements & Address Changes
• A valid street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or incomplete addresses.
• Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
• Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reshipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
📦 Product Availability
Orders are accepted based on product availability at the time of purchase. In rare cases, additional processing time may be required. We will communicate significant delays when they occur.
