You say the nuts with the seals for the axle rod face inward. I can't get them started that way. How do you get them started?

Do you HAVE to use the cart that comes with it or can it sit on floor?, Like car carpet?
Hi Chris, the heavy-duty cart is recommended if you're moving the generator around. You may also not use It if the generator is placed permanently in a single location. Feel free to send us a direct message at support@naturesgenerator.com if you have further questions.

I'm having trouble with step 5 of the cart instructions, specifically screwing the 100mm bolts through the base of the cart and into the power pod - with or without the spacer - the bolt does not seem long enough. I measure it as 3 inches (76.2 mm). What am I doing wrong? Also, for your customers it would be very helpful if the instructions would come with the cart vice having to look online to find it buried in a manual for the generator or at least include a card that has a link to the online version.

Which way do the nuts go onto the axel rod? (One end of the nut has a seal, the other doesn’t.)

The nuts with the seal will be facing towards the generator (inward), it will help keep the nut tight.

Does the cart allow to stack 2 pods on top of the generator?

How do I insert the axle into the holes which appear to be blocked?

Thank's for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the trouble you are having installing the handle / cart.
You will need to get a long screw driver and push the little black box / pin towards the handle, this will free up the hole's and allow you to insert the axle. We are working on a fix for future shipments, as we notice the little clip slides down during transport.

How do stack two Pods? With the
The connection coming from the top?
Can’t completely close the top.
You may use this heay duty cart to stack two Power Pods. There is an opening on the back of Power Pod for the daisy chain cable. So the top case can be closed by having daisy chain cable to go through that opening.
