I have two panels hooked up currently and the wires are black and red. The connection points are red, white and green. I connected red to red and black to white. Is it going to explode? It seems to be charging, but I prefer my colors to match up.

So if I have an elite generator with one power pod. I have 2 power lines with three solar panels for each line, 300 watts each. One line going to the generator and the other going to the pod. How would I add another pod with the current configuration without adding solar panels,. Both current lines are 300 watt solar lines. Would you recomend one line to the generator and the second to the first pod in the chain, or the pod at the tail end of chain.
Or alternatively both 300 watt solar lines going to the pods and not the generator.
Or would you recommend splitting up the three solar pannel systems into 3 total lines with 2 pannel systems and running 3 lines (2 solar panels each line) , One to the generator, and the other 2 lines to the two pods?
Hello Brad,
Thanks for your inquiry.
It can be done either way. No matter where the solar panels are connected, they will still charge the whole system as long as the power pod and generator are connected.

This pod is the standard elite pod? Charges from the generator? Is the battery new?
