What's even better is that the Power Transfer Kit doesn't have to be used only during power loss. By incorporating the Power Transfer Kit in your off-grid homes or cabins, you can continually power your most needed devices with the help our Nature's Generator Gold System or Nature's Generator Platinum System. Or go even further by customizing a Nature's Generator system that fits your specific off-grid needs!
Common circuits to keep backed up:
- Lights
- Garage Doors
- Refrigerators/Freezers
- Common areas
Remember! Run-times with the Power Transfer Kit are dependent on what you’re powering and what Nature’s Generator system setup you currently have.
IMPORTANT: Installation of the Power Transfer Kit must be performed by a qualified electrician in compliance with all applicable electrical codes. Do not charge Nature's Generator by wall through AC input port when using Power Transfer Kit.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Hi Wilma, Thank you for your query. You can just add additional power pods to your system if you wish to run a fridge. However, for ACs, there is a special system for these that will run a single 6000 BTU AC for approximately 16 hours on a single charge. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to send us an email at support@naturesgenerator.com

Hello Neil,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, we do not sell adapters.
If you can find a connector that will allow you to connect the Elite generator to your transfer kit, there should not be an issue.
Should you have any concerns, please email us at support@naturesgenerator.com
Thanks,

Hello-
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our current Power Transfer Switch is a 15amp system and ont a 20amp. The reason we went with the 15amp transfer switch is because our current Nature's Generator is a 15amp system.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thanks,
Nature's Generator Support Team -
Hello-
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You are correct! The Power Transfer switch would be wired to 4 circuits or your home breaker box to power those particular circuits. You are able to change from Line (grid power) to Generator (Solar) at any time.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thanks,
Nature's Generator Support Team -

Hello-
Thanks for reaching out to us.
There are larger transfer switches out there, but this is the one we feel works best for our system. We are a reseller for Reliance Control and they have other transfer switches on their website.
This transfer switch is an indoor unit, so it is not recommended to be connected outdoors and does need be connected to the main breaker switch.
Thank you,
Nature's Generator Support Team -

Hello-
Thank you for your interest in our product.
We unfortunately do not sell extention cables for our Power Pods. The Power Pods come with a built in cable that allows you to daisy chain them to the generator via the expansion port, but that is the longest cable provided.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thank you,
Nature's Generator Support Team -
Nature's Generator is designed to be the perfect backup power during power outage. You don't have to use the stand kit that is provided in the box. You may mount the solar panel permanently on the roof. Thanks

Hi John,
Thank you for reaching out. We put that instruction in the manual for our customers to be aware of and to avoid the generator from getting damaged. However, you can charge your generator through AC input if you plug it into a wall outlet that's not covered by the Power Transfer Kit.
