  • How do I get a replacement battery for the Nature's Generator Elite, not the Pod and what are the replacement battery's dimensions?

  • Can the Elite be used with the standard (white) power pods.

    Thank you for reaching out. The standard power pod is not compatible with the elite generator. However, you can use a Conversion Kit to replace the front panel of your standard power pod for it to be compatible with the elite generator.   • Another question: You recommend leaving it plugged in. I want to use it with my fridge/freezer mainly. Does it help or hurt to use a voltage regulator on the wall AC input? I ask because we seem to sometimes have surges / fluctuations in supply.

  • RE THE REFURBISHED ELITE GOLD SYSTEM You mentioned cosmetic damage re the generator unit. What would be the status of the panels? Are they new or also refurbished panels? Any hit on the efficiency?

  • On the NG elite refurbished, how used are they? Bc still a lot of money and hate to buy it and it last very limited time only? Could I revive pics of the one I’d be buying?
