Can the Elite be used with the standard (white) power pods.

Does it help or hurt to use a voltage regulator on the wall AC input? I ask because we seem to sometimes have surges / fluctuations in supply.

You mentioned cosmetic damage re the generator unit. What would be the status of the panels? Are they new or also refurbished panels? Any hit on the efficiency?
