Shipping FAQ

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders delivered within the continental United States.

Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. only and does not include Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
No. Free shipping includes curbside delivery only. It does not include inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, installation, or white-glove service.
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may be available by special arrangement. Please contact our support team before placing your order so we can review available shipping options and provide a custom quote.
For small parcel orders, orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on the next business day.

For freight or LTL orders, orders placed Monday through Thursday are usually scheduled for shipment on the next business day after delivery details are confirmed. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be reviewed and scheduled on the next business day.
Freight and LTL shipments require delivery coordination before release to the carrier. Our team may contact you to confirm important shipping details, such as the delivery address, contact information, and curbside delivery requirements.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Small Parcel / Ground Shipping: Usually 5–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• Freight / LTL Shipping: Usually 6–12 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• International Orders: Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and seasonal demand.
Small parcel orders are typically shipped through national carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Freight and LTL orders are shipped through scheduled freight carriers and include curbside delivery.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, carrier details, and an estimated delivery window available through the carrier’s website.
A signature is usually not required, but the carrier may request one depending on the shipment type, location, or delivery requirements.
No. We require a valid street address for delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or incomplete addresses.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct delivery details and arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are accepted based on product availability at the time of purchase. In rare cases, an item may require additional fulfillment time. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on the status of your order.
We accept major credit cards, debit/ATM cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, bank deposit or wire transfer, and installment options through Shop Pay or Affirm.
