3. Troubleshooting

3.1 My solar panels cannot recharge my Nature’s Generator Powerhouse

3.1.1 Please follow these steps.

a. If you are not using Nature's Generator solar panels, make sure the other solar panels have similar specifications.
b. Make sure the solar panels are pointed directly towards the sun. The solar panels may produce
little or no power if they are placed in the shade.
c. Check the cable connections on Nature's Generator solar panels and your Nature's Generator
Powerhouse. Make sure all the connectors are properly secured.
d. If the LCD lights up but the battery bar is not running, it means the solar panels do not have
high enough voltage to recharge the Nature's Generator Powerhouse or the Nature's Generator
Powerhouse has been fully recharged by the solar panels.

3.2 My wind turbine cannot recharge my Nature’s Generator Powerhouse

3.2.1 Please follow these steps.

a. If you are not using Nature’s Generator Wind Turbine, make sure the other wind turbine has
similar specifications.
b. Make sure there is sufficient wind that spins the wind turbine fast enough. The wind turbine must
spin fast enough to generate high enough voltage to recharge Nature’s Generator Powerhouse.
c. Check the cable connections on your Nature’s Generator Wind Turbine and Nature’s Generator
Powerhouse. Make sure all the connectors are properly secured.
d. If possible, use the power drill to turn the rotor shaft of the wind turbine to do a simulation test.
Set the power drill at high speed mode and use the appropriate drive bit to turn the rotor shaft of
the wind turbine. If the wind turbine is good, it should recharge Nature’s Generator Powerhouse.

3.3 My wall outlet cannot recharge my Nature’s Generator Powerhouse

3.3.1 Please follow these steps:

a. Make sure there is power from the wall outlet that Nature’s Generator Powerhouse is connected
to.
b. Check your power cable connectors and make sure all the connectors are properly secured.
c. Check if there is any protection code on the LCD display. If it shows the protection code of E4 or
E5, it means the power from the wall outlet is abnormal. You need to use another power source.

3.4 My Nature’s Generator Powerhouse battery drains fast.

3.4.1 Please follow these steps.

a. Check the wattage of your AC device(s). Some devices like a hair dryer, microwave or vacuum
draw large amounts of power and thus the battery drains fast. Please always monitor the wattage
output information on the LCD display.
b. When your AC device is not in use, turn off AC outlets of your Nature's Generator Powerhouse to
conserve power. The AC outlets consume a considerable amount of power while being in standby
mode.
c. When Nature's Generator is not in use, turn off the Main Power button to eliminate unnecessary
battery drainage.

3.5 My Nature’s Generator Powerhouse does not power my AC device(s)

3.5.1 Please follow these steps:

a. Verify your AC devices are suitable for use with your Nature's Generator Powerhouse. The Nature's
Generator Powerhouse works with 240V 30A 7200W maximum.
b. Some devices might require grounding before they can be used. Ground Nature's Generator
Powerhouse before trying to power these types of devices.
c. Some devices might draw far more than 7200W when starting up, even if their running wattage is
less than 7200W. Check that device's manual to obtain more information.
d. Make sure the main power is turned on by pressing and holding the Main Power Button.
e. Check the battery bar. If there are four bars or less, recharge your Nature's Generator Powerhouse. Some AC device draws large amounts of power when starting up. It is recommended to recharge your Nature's Generator Powerhouse full before heavy use.
f. Make sure the AC outlets are turned on by pressing the AC On/Off Button.
g. Check if there is any protection code on the LCD display and follow the solutions below to solve
the issue.
