Nature's Generator Content Submission Reward Program - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Nature's Generator Content Submission Reward Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows eligible customers to receive a partial refund in exchange for creating and publicly sharing original content featuring their purchased Nature's Generator product.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Program, participants must meet the following requirements:

• Be the original purchaser of a qualifying Nature's Generator product.
• Purchase the product either:
  • Directly from www.naturesgenerator.com, or
  • From an authorized Nature's Generator dealer or reseller.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have legal consent from a parent or guardian.
• Provide valid proof of purchase upon request.

Nature's Generator reserves the right to verify purchase authenticity and reseller authorization.

3. Qualified Products & Incentives

Eligible products and corresponding reward amounts are outlined below:

Nature's Generator reserves the right to modify eligible products and incentive amounts at any time without prior notice.

4. Content Requirements

To be eligible for a reward, submitted content must:

• Clearly feature the actual Nature's Generator product purchased.
• Be original content created by the participant.
• Be posted on a publicly accessible platform (for social media submissions).
• Remain publicly accessible at the time of review.
• Be published within 60 days of the purchase date.

Accepted content formats include photos, videos, or other approved media that meet these criteria.

5. Submission Process

To participate, customers must:

• Publish qualifying content on a public platform (if applicable), and
• Submit the following via email to support@naturesgenerator.com:
• Link to the public content (if applicable)
• Full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Date of purchase

Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in delays or disqualification.

6. Review & Approval

• All submissions are subject to review and approval by Nature's Generator.
• Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Nature's Generator.

Submissions may be rejected if they:

• Do not meet Program requirements.
• Contain inappropriate, misleading, or irrelevant content.
• Violate applicable laws or platform policies.

7. Reward Terms

• Approved participants will receive a reward based on the qualifying product and content type.
• Rewards may be issued via:
• Original payment method
• Mailed check
• Processing times may vary depending on review volume and payment method.
• Limit of one (1) reward per qualifying product or order.

8. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified if:

• Submitted content is not original or is duplicated.
• Content is private, deleted, or inaccessible during review.
• Submission is made beyond the 60-day eligibility period.
• Purchase cannot be verified or is from an unauthorized seller.
• False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.

9. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Program, you grant Nature's Generator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submitted content.
• Use the content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Nature's Generator may contact you for additional permissions or collaboration opportunities.

10. Program Modifications

Nature's Generator reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Update these Terms at its sole discretion.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nature's Generator is not responsible for:

• Technical issues, delays, or submission failures.
• Lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
• Any damages resulting from participation in the Program.

12. Compliance with Laws

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their content:

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Adheres to the terms and policies of the platform on which it is posted.
