  • Hi I bought the 3600 watt system I can't find smartkey. Was it supposed to come with one or do I need to buy one?

  • where in the heck can you find a video to show how to swap out the elite control panel for the new one which allows the smart key? Maybe its just me, but its not on your youtube channel or listed in your DIY videos not did any info come with the replacement panel. btw - you did not proactively reach out to early buyers (like me) who purchased the elite model prior to this upgrade [you stated you would in the Q&A below.

  • Hello, I just ordered and Elite generator and Pod from Lowes, Is it smart Key capable and will i need to buy a smart key separately? Is the 8 circuit switch Nature's Generator Power Transfer Kit available? It is not listed on the website.... I will have solar panels installed on my house next month, but plan to have My Nature's Generator plugged into a 110 outlet to keep them charged. I that OK? Thanks, Jay

    To answer your questions, Your system is compatible with a smart key and you can purchase it separately from our website.
    For the transfer switch, we only have This 6-circuit manual transfer switch, and for the generator, it will be completely fine to keep them charged on a 110 wall outlet.

  • I have the Elite shipped in Nov 20. It came with the smart key. My Android phone found the Blue tooth connection when plugged it into generator. Has an alphanumeric (X##) code on back of the USB dongle. The app only allows numeric. When I enter the 2 digit #, the app says it doesn't match. Help!

    Are you referring to the Safe Pass Code? If so, that gets emailed to the customer. That is the only code you would need to use.

  • Hi we’ve got an Elite set up with pods and panels, it’s great and we run our entire tiny home off it.. just wondering if you will set up a smart key system with it as it’s would be really great to be able to see how the charge on the batteries is!

  • We purchaed the elite generator and pod, neither came with the smart key. Will this smart key offered work with the elite all pro generator ?

    Hello-

    As of right now it is not available on our Elite Generator.  If and when it does become available all that would need to be done is replacing the front panel since that is where the firmware would be to be able to access the smart key and app.

  • Are you able to use the pulse app and smart key with the Elite Generator? I noticed there isn’t a bluetooth symbol on the USB port like there is on the original generator. It also doesn’t come with a key like the original generator does. There is a lot of contradicting info about it on your site. Please help.

    No, the Nature's Generator Elite does not have the Smart App capabilities, that is only with our standard Nature's Generator.  I will have our team look into the website to make the necessary changes.

  • Are there any plans to give this a wireless system instead of a bluetooth one? That way you can check the status of your generator system while you're away?

    Unfortunately, at this time there are not plans for a wifi version. The router will be affected as well when there is power outage. And thus the wireless is not that useful when customer needs it most.
